House La Punta by Central de Arquitectura


An amazing design, with perfect blend of concrete, glass and nature!

House La Punta designed by Central de Arquitectura, in Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico. The project comprised two rectangular prisms placed one over the other making an “L” shape. The house organized on three levels. The basement level, the parking have space for six cars. It has a room for driver with complete bathroom, the machine room and a water tank. There is also a games room with half  bathroom and a cellar. The ground level is the semi-public, where takes place all the house activity;  this level has a family room with T.V., kitchen, diner room, living room and a small deck for a BBQ in the outside. This is the general floor of the project and its 1.60m above the street footstool. The first levels are the bedrooms, the main bedroom with bathroom and dresser. Two twin bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing and a fourth bedroom, also with bathroom and dressing room.  A T.V room and a small study.
